Dirty Car? Have Scott Wade Clean It Up – Thumbs Up
One of the many things I enjoy in life is seeing messages left on dirty cars. Cars that drive by covered with messages like “I’m dirty!” and “Wash me!” or images like male genitalia always bring a smile to my face. Dirty cars can also be used as a message board when human interaction is not available. For example, last week I was driving behind a car which had the message “Don’t park here, Bitch!” to which the owner of the car (for some odd reason) responded underneath the message with the phrase “I (heart symbol) you too!”
For Scott Wade, dirty cars are opportunities to express himself artistically. His canvas? The rear window of his Mini Cooper. The mile-and-a-half dirt road where Scott lives coats the back of his car with a combination of limestone dust, gravel, and clay, creating the perfect canvas for dust art. He has been known to replicate some famous art work in addition to making original works for fun and for PR purposes. Here are some of his creations.

Wade's depiction of two famous paintings together: DaVinci's "Mona Lisa" and Van Gogh's "Starry Night".
